Xbajjee settles bets according to specific rules when a match is cancelled or abandoned. Here's how it works:

  • If cancelled before the match starts: You'll receive a full refund of your stake. No wagering conditions apply.
  • Match abandoned within a set time after kick-off: If a cricket match hasn't reached the minimum number of overs (typically 5) or a football match hasn't reached at least 60 minutes of play, the bet is generally voided and your stake is returned.
  • If the match was stopped after the required time had been played: The bet may be settled based on the score or result at that moment — depending on the bet type.
  • One leg cancelled in an accumulator: That leg is settled at odds of 1.00, and the remaining legs are settled as normal.

Bet settlement usually takes place within 24–48 hours of the result being confirmed. If a suspended match is not completed within 48 hours, the bet is voided. Full rules Terms & Conditions you will.

Stake refunds are usually processed within 24 hours

An accumulator or serial bet combines multiple event bets into one. The odds from each leg are multiplied together, making it possible to win a large payout from a small stake — but every leg must win.

How to do it:

1 Go to the Sports Betting page and click on the outcome you want from the first match. It will be added to your bet slip.
2 Keep adding selections from your second, third, and further matches on the same betslip.
3 Select the "Accumulator" or "Combo" option on the betslip — all odds will be multiplied to show your total odds.
4 Enter your stake and review the potential payout. Once you're ready, tap "Place Bet".

Example: You bet on three matches — odds of 1.80, 2.10, and 1.65. Total odds = 1.80 × 2.10 × 1.65 = 6.24. A ৳1,000 bet would return ৳6,240 if all legs win. Lose any single leg and the entire bet is lost.

Xbajjee supports accumulators of up to 20 legs. There's also a system bet option where you can still win partial returns even if not all legs come in.

Account locks on Xbajjee generally happen for one of two reasons:

  • Repeated incorrect password attempts: Five incorrect password attempts will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes. It will unlock on its own once that time has passed.
  • Security Notice: If an unusual login pattern or suspicious activity is detected, the system locks the account and sends a notification via email or SMS.

Quick resolution:

1 Wait 30 minutes and try again.

3 The support team will verify your identity by sending an OTP to your registered mobile number.
4 Once verified, accounts are typically unlocked within 15–30 minutes.
Tip: If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot password?" option — avoid guessing and trying multiple times.

Xbajjee offers three types of breaks, and all requests are completely confidential:

  • Cooling-Off Period (1 day – 6 months): A temporary pause. Your account remains active but inaccessible. It reactivates automatically once the period ends.
  • Self-exclusion (6 months – 5 years): A long-term suspension will be applied. During this period, opening a new account will also be blocked. You may reapply once the period has ended.
  • Permanent Account Closure: Your account will be permanently deactivated. Any remaining valid balance will be returned to your registered mobile banking account.

Effective within 24 hours of request

Only one account per person is allowed on Xbajjee — this rule applies without exception. However, different members of the same household (such as a parent and child, or a married couple) may each register with their own details, provided:

  • Each person has a separate mobile number.
  • Each person is over 18 years of age.
  • Each account is managed completely independently.
  • Funds cannot be transferred between accounts.

If you can still receive an OTP on your old number:

2 Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP.
